costume process

This is a small sample of some of the process for the costume project from 2015. At this point the students really begin working independently and sharing their work for feedback online. Because they are often producing with materials and tools at home, at the tailor, at another workshop or onsite, much of the work is done outside of the studio. This kind of responsibiltity is part of why the students treat the project with such committment. It is the first time they are expected to perform as independent makers (with a little prudent oversight).
