Students worked in teams to design immersive “photobooth” installations that combined costumes, accessories, and set design into a cohesive visual language. Beginning with simple fabric backdrops and found clothing, groups developed iterative prototypes before refining their booths with layered treatments, curated styling, and strong formal relationships. Each project culminated in a framed and printed portrait, while also inviting others to step inside the booth, inhabit the costumes, and contribute to the growing body of images—turning the installation into both a site of design and a participatory performance.
