selfish risos

The “Selfish Risos" project introduces students to new methods of visual production and image making tools by applying techniques of blind contour drawing and pattern making, in a digital process. Students strengthen their hand-eye coordination while simultaneously gaining confidence in their mark-marking skills. Students will translate their handmade drawings into digital compositions which are printed on the Risograph printer in three colors. Students create halftone patterns and apply colors, layering the colors and patterns to create a diverse range of fills.
